I bought a flag the other day which I originally intended to use for Lucy's 4th of July pictures, but I couldn't figure out how to fit it in. It wasn't a huge deal though because we've been needing a flag for the outside of the house anyway.

Look who we found in the backyard while Jon was mowing!

I bought some sparklers for the 4th of July, but found out at the last minute that we would not be able to take them to the park with us. We decided to take them up to Uncle Bob and Aunt JoAnn's house instead (pictures of that to come!), but we did let Arianna try one out because she had been so excited about them.

We had a wonderful 4th f July! We got out to Lunga Park at 10am and didn't leave until 10:30pm! It was a looooong day, but so much fun! We had a mosquito net tent, a grill, a ton of food, and good friends. We did have a little bit of rain, but it wasn't enough to spoil any of the fun.
