219 Days/8w6d

I feel awful that I haven't updated this in two whole weeks. Reason being is, well, I've just felt awful. I just forgot about all of the nausea, fatigue, and general ick that comes with the first trimester of pregnancy. I've definitely been experiencing it all so I just haven't felt like sitting down and editing photos. We went to a birthday party last Sunday and I just now uploaded and edited the pictures from that. We leave for AZ on Friday and I wanted to get them up before then since I'm sure I'll have a ton of pictures to post when we return from AZ.

202 Days

Have I really been married for 202 days!? Wow.....

So those of you who saw my last entry (or who are friends with me on Facebook or LiveJournal) have probably figured out by now that we are expecting our second baby. Baby #2 is due around the end of November. That makes me about 6 weeks along so we've got quite a ways to go! We are very excited though and can't wait to meet this new member of our family.

Arianna is excited at the thought of being a big sister. She's very curious as to "where her baby boy sister is" and when she gets to meet him/her. She's excited to be able to kiss the baby and hold the baby and has already promised to be a good big sister. Gosh, I've got the best little girl!

Today she got a bit rowdy and ripped the hem of her dress. I just couldn't be mad at her when I saw what she did when she realized that it had torn

199 Days

Well, I celebrated my 24th birthday today! I am happy to have made it another year and look forward to the year ahead. It's hard to believe that by my next birthday I will be halfway to 30....where has the time gone?

I had a great day! I got flowers from my mom and dad which was a nice surprise. Beautiful too! When Jon got home we went to Chili's where I got my beloved Buffalo Chicken Salad. I ate way too much, but it was worth it. I just wasn't up to cooking a huge meal and used my birthday as an excuse to go out. Hey, I only get one a year, I may as well take advantage of it, right? ;)

We came home and Arianna got to talk to my parents on Skype. She told them all about her Easter and showed them her new dress. She just loves her grandparents. We talked to them until 9pm which is her bedtime. We put her to bed and now we're winding down. I've got to throw a load of laundry in the dryer and then I'll head up to bed.

So today was a good day and I'm feeling very thankful and blessed. I have so many good things in my life and I really couldn't ask for anything more. I can't wait to see what else 2010 has to offer has in store for our family!

Actually, there is one other thing, but you're going to have to figure it out yourself. I'm sure you've noticed the randomly colored letters throughout the post. Put them together and see what you come up with!

Happy 24th Birthday to me :)

Nope. Not afraid to post a no-makeup-unbrushed-hair-same-clothes-as-I-wore-yesterday picture of myself on a public blog. ;)

197 Days

We went to a birthday party today for our neighbor's daughter, Isabella. They had the party at Dance and Gym Expressions. It's a dance studio/indoor kid's gym! It was a great location and the kids all had a lot of fun.

After the party, we went home to grab some clothes and then headed up to Uncle Bob and Aunt JoAnn's house. We were invited for Easter and didn't want to fight traffic on Sunday morning so we just spent the night. Aunt JoAnn had some Easter bunnies in the front yard that Arianna spotted as soon as we pulled up.
